Increase Quality of Playback Preview

A user, Craig, emailed saying the preview is not as good as they would like. We could either:
- Increase the quality of the preview for everyone (128k currently - although this means slower loading times and increased likelihood of scraping)
- Allow the user to set the quality they want the preview to be.
